477 E Hillsdale Blvd Development

The 477 E Hillsdale Blvd development project has been submitted for preliminary application with the city of San Mateo in compliance with SB 330.

The development will replace the functionally obsolete Hillsdale Inn and adjacent car wash located at 477 E Hillsdale Blvd. Once completed, the site will provide 230 new residential rental units, 23 of which will be set aside as affordable housing. The project's goal is to provide a timeless, high quality community that will be a great addition to the existing community, while providing desperately needed new housing in the great city of San Mateo.
